The winter month here in Canada, leaves the air quality very dry and your skin starts to suffer with break out and itchness. This past winter, I could not stop scratching and of course left unpleasant marks all over amy bottom legs. I started rubbing Extra Virgin Olive Oil on my legs and arms and it really help the inflammation and helped the healing process quicker.
I also use Extra Virgin Olive Oil as an exfoliator. Mix equal part in a big jar, of sea salt and olive oil and use it in your shower with a lufa brush.
